Welcome to KopaKopi (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the KopaKopi mobile application and related services (“App”).
By using KopaKopi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the App
You agree to use KopaKopi only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless you are a registered store owner.
You must not:
Interfere with the App’s functionality or security
Upload harmful or inappropriate content
Misrepresent your identity
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers)
Reverse engineer, copy, or resell any part of the App
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
Keeping your data accurate
All activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to refuse or remove accounts that contain misleading, inappropriate, or illegal information.
3. Customer Data & Profile Information
Customers using KopaKopi may provide:
Name
Profile Image
Age
Gender
Email
You agree that:
Your information may be used to personalize your experience
Your identifiable information may be shared with stores only when you provide explicit consent
You may withdraw consent at any time via Privacy Settings
We do not sell or trade customer data.
4. Store Owner Accounts
Businesses listed in KopaKopi may submit and manage:
Brand/Store Name
Logo
Images
Location
Contact Info
Social Media IDs
Business Category and Facilities
Store owners are responsible for ensuring that all information they provide is:
Accurate
Up-to-date
Not misleading
Legally owned (no stolen logos/images)
We may remove any store listing that violates these Terms.
5. Customer Data Shared With Stores
When a customer interacts with a store inside the App, and only if the customer has explicitly granted consent, KopaKopi may share:
Name
Profile Image
Age / Age Group
Gender
This information is shared solely for analytics and engagement purposes.
Stores are strictly prohibited from:
Exporting or extracting customer data
Contacting customers directly unless customers voluntarily provide contact info
Selling or misusing customer data
Violation may result in removal of the store from the platform.
6. Analytics and Insights
KopaKopi provides analytics to store owners, including:
Customer demographics
Engagement statistics
Visitor insights
Activity patterns
Analytics may include identifiable data (with consent) or anonymized data.
Store owners must use analytics only within the App and not for external marketing unless legally permitted and consented.

7. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content in the app—including logos, UI/UX design, text, systems, features, and functionality—is owned by KopaKopi or licensed to us.
Users may not:
Copy
Modify
Distribute
Reproduce
Frame
Sell
Translate
Derive works from
any part of the App without written permission.
Stores own the content they upload but grant KopaKopi a non-exclusive license to display it within the App.
8. Prohibited Activities
You may NOT:
Upload images or content that violates copyright
Impersonate individuals or businesses
Use the App to spread false information
Use the App for illegal transactions
Attempt to hack or disrupt the App
Misuse customer data
We may suspend accounts violating these rules.
9. Third-Party Services
KopaKopi may integrate with third-party services (e.g., maps, analytics, cloud storage).
We are not responsible for:
Third-party policies
Third-party actions
Content outside the App
Users should review third-party policies.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
You violate these Terms
You misuse data
You engage in fraudulent activities
Legal authorities request it
Security risks are detected
Upon termination, you lose access to:
Your account
Store management tools
Analytics
Saved content
You may request data deletion according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer
KopaKopi provides information “as is,” including store details submitted by store owners.
We do NOT guarantee that:
Store information is accurate
App features will always be available
Content is error-free
Images, prices, or facilities are up-to-date
Users and store owners are responsible for verifying information independently.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
KopaKopi is not liable for damages arising from the use of the App
We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate store data
We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption
Store owners are responsible for their own listings and actions
Your sole remedy is to discontinue using the App.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When changes occur, we will:
Update the “Last Updated” date
Notify users when required by law
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to:
Undang-Undang Perlindungan Data Pribadi (UU PDP)
Undang-Undang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik (UU ITE)
Peraturan dan ketentuan lain yang relevan yang berlaku di Indonesia
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Indonesian laws.
